You must be at least 13 years old to use Snappi. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights and ownership of the photos and videos you upload to Snappi.

By uploading content, you grant Snappi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating the service (e.g., displaying photos on the Live Wall or in the Event Gallery).

You agree not to upload content that contains:

• Hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.
• Nudity or sexually explicit material.
• Malicious code or viruses.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.
