By accessing or using Snappi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Snappi is operated by the team behind getsnappi.app.
Snappi is an event-photo platform: Hosts create events, guests join via a link or QR code, upload photos and short videos, and the Host moderates and shares the results back through a live wall and an end-of-event recap. The service is offered through the website and any companion apps.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Snappi. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the actions of any staff you invite to your event.
We use Supabase Auth for sign-in. Passkeys (WebAuthn) are the recommended path; a magic-link / email path is also offered.
As a Host you are responsible for the event you operate on Snappi. You must:
You retain all rights and ownership of the photos and videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Snappi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, transcode (including delivery via our video subprocessor), and reproduce your content solely to operate the service — for example, displaying your photo on the event’s live wall, including it in the event recap, or stitching a highlight reel for the event.
You may revoke this license for a specific photo at any time using the per-photo Report flow or by contacting the Host.
You agree not to upload content that:
We use a combination of AI screening and human review. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access without notice for violations or where we judge the safety of the service to require it.
Free events are offered indefinitely on the Starter tier. Paid tiers (Pro Host, Pro Organizer, Agency) are billed in NGN through Paystack at checkout; non-NG users see ballpark USD pricing on the marketing site for reference only.
We do our best to keep Snappi running, but we don’t guarantee any specific uptime. We may need to interrupt the service for maintenance, updates, or security work, sometimes on short notice. Where we can, we’ll give a heads-up.
We rely on third-party providers (see the Privacy Policy subprocessor list). If they go down, we may be down or degraded.
You can stop using Snappi at any time and delete your account through the dashboard or by writing to hello@getsnappi.app.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your account creates safety risks for other users, or if continuing service would expose us or third parties to harm or legal liability. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to fix things first.
Snappi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snappi’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) NGN 50,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You will indemnify Snappi against claims arising from content you upload, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party (including the rights of guests whose images you collect or display).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, unless a mandatory provision of consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are a working draft pending legal counsel review. Operational specifics (Paystack as the payment processor, NGN billing, Lagos venue) reflect current production reality as of May 2026.
